Give & Groove – A Winter Flow Event

Give & Groove is a gathering rooted in gratitude, movement, and giving back. In partnership with Portland Flowmies, this winter flow event lands at Flask Lounge on Monday, December 29, bringing together music, art, flow, and community care under one roof.

This night is about showing up for each other. Come flow, vibe, dance, and connect while supporting our local community. We are teaming up with Maine Needs and a local food pantry to collect gently worn or new clothing in all sizes as well as nonperishable food items. Donations are encouraged and deeply appreciated during this time of year.

The music will be curated by an incredible group of local talent, including Smokes Let’s Go, Think Fish Tank, Rome, Frictus, Gratitude, and Jake Burns, providing an immersive soundtrack built for movement and flow.

The space will be transformed with visuals by The D33re, live painting by Lord Fetterman, a vendor pop up from Moody.IA, and flow workshops throughout the night. Expect an atmosphere that feels intentional, expressive, and welcoming.

This is a night to move with purpose, share gratitude, and close out the year in community.
